How paying with USDT works here
Pick the network first: TRC-20 and ERC-20 addresses are different. Then it is the same three steps as any coin.

Why Tether removes the awkward part of paying in crypto
USDT removes the one uncomfortable moment of paying for hosting in crypto: the price moving between the time you look at a plan and the time the payment confirms. Because our prices are in USD and Tether tracks the dollar, the amount on the deposit page is the amount on the plan, plus whatever your network charges.
On Tron (TRC-20) a transfer costs a few cents and we credit it after 19 blocks, about a minute. On Ethereum (ERC-20) you pay gas and we credit after 12 blocks, about three minutes. Both are the same token and the same dollar; pick the network your funds already live on. The two networks are compared in detail on the blog.
Most exchanges let you withdraw USDT to either network. Choose TRC-20 unless you have a reason not to: it is cheaper and faster for small amounts like a monthly top-up, and the exchange fee is usually lower too.

USDT payment questions, answered
TRC-20 or ERC-20: which should I use?
TRC-20 unless your funds are already on Ethereum. Tron transfers cost cents and are credited in about a minute; Ethereum transfers pay gas and take about three minutes.
Do you accept USDT on other networks (BEP-20, Solana, Polygon)?
Not at the moment. Only Tron (TRC-20) and Ethereum (ERC-20) deposit addresses are generated. Funds sent on another network cannot be credited.
Is the minimum $25 in USDT?
Yes: the minimum top-up is $25 and the deposit page shows the exact USDT amount, which is the same number. Your wallet or exchange may add its own withdrawal fee on top.
I sent USDT to the wrong network. Can you recover it?
No. A TRC-20 address and an ERC-20 address are on different chains; tokens sent to the wrong one are not accessible to us or to you. Always check the network selected on the deposit page.
Is there any KYC when paying with Tether?
No. Some exchanges apply KYC to their own users; that is between you and the exchange. We only see a transfer arriving at your deposit address.
Are refunds paid in USDT?
Yes, on the same network you paid from, minus the network fee, within 14 days of the top-up.
