Support questions, answered
How fast do you reply?
Tickets are read by an engineer within minutes around the clock. Most get a substantive first reply in under an hour; hardware replacements on dedicated servers are done within 4 hours.
Do you offer phone support?
No. Everything goes through tickets so that every change to your account is written down, verified and traceable. We never reset passwords or change wallets by phone.
What is covered by support?
Everything we operate: hardware, network, provisioning, images, billing and the API. Inside your operating system we help with diagnosis and point you to the right fix; managed administration is not included.
I lost access to my e-mail. Can I recover my account?
Your e-mail address is only a login name: sign in with your password and change the address under Settings. If the password is gone too, there is no automated reset; the account docs describe the one exception, a proof-of-payment procedure handled outside the panel.
