GPU server questions, answered
Is the GPU shared with other customers?
Never. Each plan is a full physical GPU passed through to your server, with all of its VRAM. Multi-GPU nodes are bare metal.
Which drivers and CUDA version are installed?
Ubuntu 24.04 images ship with the current production NVIDIA driver and CUDA 12.8; Ubuntu 22.04 images come with CUDA 12.4. You can install any other version yourself.
Can I run Windows on a GPU server?
Yes, Windows Server 2025 with the licence included is available on request for RTX plans. For a desktop experience, see the GPU RDP plan.
Can I train across several nodes?
Nodes in the same location talk over a private VLAN at up to 25 Gbps. For 8× H100 nodes, RDMA over Converged Ethernet is available on request.
Can I move to a bigger GPU later?
Order the new node, copy your data over the private network, then cancel the old one. The unused part of the month is credited to your balance.
What if the GPU I want is sold out?
Stock is shown live on this page. Sold-out configurations come back as nodes free up, usually within days, and new capacity lands every month.
