Questions, answered
How fast is provisioning?
Every server, dedicated included, is provisioned automatically after payment confirmation, usually within 60 seconds. Only custom dedicated builds take longer, up to 3 business days.
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero and Tether (USDT on TRC-20 or ERC-20). Prices are in USD; the crypto amount is locked for 30 minutes when the deposit address is created.
Do I need to verify my identity?
No. We never ask for ID documents to open an account or order a server. An email address and a wallet are enough.
How does billing work?
Your account holds a prepaid balance and every plan renews from it monthly. We remind you 7 and 2 days before a renewal, and nothing is ever charged without balance.
Can I get a refund?
Unused prepaid balance is refundable to your wallet within 14 days of the top-up, minus network fees. A server you cancel stays online until the end of its paid month.
Is DDoS protection included?
Yes. Every server gets always-on volumetric filtering up to 3 Tbps at no extra cost, plus a dedicated IPv4 address and a /64 IPv6 block.
