Principles

Six things we do not negotiate

Cheap does not mean careless. These are the rules the company runs on.

Crypto only, on purpose

No card fees, no chargebacks, no bank deciding who may rent a server. Prices are lower because the payment rail is cheaper.

No KYC, minimal data

An e-mail address and a password open an account. We keep the few records we need for billing and nothing else.

Automation over tickets

Provisioning, renewals, reinstalls and rescue mode are all self-service and finish in seconds, dedicated servers included.

Honest capacity

Memory and NVMe are never oversold. When a plan is gone it says sold out instead of quietly degrading everyone.

Same price everywhere

A VPS in Singapore costs what it costs in Frankfurt. We buy racks wholesale in each site and spread the cost.

Engineers answer tickets

No first-line scripts. The person replying can log in to the switch, the hypervisor and the billing system.

    Forty servers, one upstream, crypto payments from day one. The pricing rule was written before the website.

    Second and third sites, dedicated servers added, and the 60-second provisioning pipeline extended to bare metal.

    First RTX and A100 nodes in Frankfurt; always-on volumetric filtering rolled out to every site.
