How we handle reports
What happens after you click send
Every report gets a ticket number and a human reader. We act on evidence, not on volume, and we never share your details with the customer.
- We verifyLogs, headers and timestamps are checked against our own records within 24 hours.
- We notify the customerConfirmed abuse is forwarded to the customer with a 48-hour deadline to fix it.
- We actMissed deadline or active harm means the IP is null-routed and the server suspended.
- We tell youYou get an answer within 72 hours, even when we decide not to act.
Law enforcement and rights holders can also write to abuse@cheapserv.com with the legal basis of the request. The rules are in our Acceptable use.
