Crypto-only, not crypto-accepted
Most hosts that “accept crypto” bolt a payment processor onto a card-first business. The processor takes a cut, the KYC stays, the refund policy assumes a card, and a crypto invoice often waits in a manual queue. CheapServ has no card path at all: crypto is the only way to pay, the deposit flow is ours, and the whole account was designed around it. The reasoning, including the inconvenient parts, is on the blog.
You fund a prepaid USD balance, from $25 per top-up, and everything is paid from it: the first order in one click, monthly renewals automatically, upgrades pro rata. Nothing is ever charged beyond the balance; there is no negative balance and no debt. A server whose renewal cannot be paid gets a 3-day grace period, then a suspension, and is deleted 14 days after that.
Each coin has its own page with confirmation times, fees and pitfalls: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero and USDT. Pick the one your funds already live on; the server, the price and the account are identical whichever you choose.

Crypto billing questions, answered
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero and Tether (USDT on TRC-20 or ERC-20). Prices are in USD; the crypto amount is locked for 30 minutes when the deposit address is created.
Why crypto only?
No chargebacks means no fraud tax on honest customers and no identity checks; a wallet has no country, so anyone can pay at the same price; and we do not have to hold the data that card processing requires.
Do prices change with the market?
No. Plans are priced in USD and your balance is held in USD. The exchange rate only matters for the 30 minutes of a deposit, and it is locked for that time.
Can I pay per hour?
No, billing is monthly from a prepaid balance. Monthly billing is what makes “the price you sign up at is the price you renew at” possible; there is no hourly meter to run up.
Is there a minimum or maximum top-up?
From $25 to $5,000 per top-up. The balance never expires.
What if I stop paying?
Reminders 7 and 2 days before the renewal, then a 3-day grace period during which the server keeps running, then suspension. The server and its snapshots are deleted 14 days after suspension.
