   Traffic is now flowing through the remaining upstreams and the DE-CIX Frankfurt exchange. Loss has returned to zero; we are monitoring before restoring the port.

   The loss is confined to the Lumen port in Frankfurt (FRA1). We have lowered its local preference to shift traffic to other upstreams while the carrier investigates.
